Another milestone at Koch Technology Solutions: Successful Launch of Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre’s 3 million Tons PTA Project.

Wilton, United Kingdom (May. 23, 2024) Recently, Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre’s 3 million tons per year PTA project, utilizing Koch Technology’s latest P8++ technology, has been successfully commissioned, marking a significant milestone in Koch Technology Solutions’ (KTS) PTA technology licensing.

This facility represents the world’s largest single production capacity PTA unit and incorporates KTS’s cutting-edge short-process and intelligent production technology, poised to enhance Yizheng Chemical Fibre’s operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and investment returns. Within the P8++ PTA technology platform, KTS continues to refine environmental performance, reducing raw material and energy consumption, utilities usage, and waste emissions, thereby supporting Yizheng Chemical Fibre in achieving its environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) objectives.
