Shanghai, China, June 6, 2025 – Koch Technology Solutions UK Limited (KTS) is pleased to announce a major milestone in its partnership with Zhejiang Dushan Energy Co., Ltd (Dushan) as the first amongst the two 3 million tonnes purified terephthalic acid (PTA) production lines (Line 3), licensed by KTS to Dushan, successfully achieved full capacity and all performance guarantees.
Dushan’s Line 3 started up in December 2024 and demonstrated excellent performance by achieving 100% design capacity within 30 days of startup and meeting all performance guarantees by March 2025. This highlights the maturity and reliability of KTS’s industry leading PTA technology.
The second 3 million tonne PTA line (Line 4) is currently under construction and is expected to start-up in Q4 2025.
