Adam Sackett
Business President
Adam has been pivotal in leading the company’s current transformation. Applying both his engineering background, having led on both design and the implementation of capital projects, and attributes of a strong business leader, he is responsible for the long-term health of the business.
Ronojoy Goho
Polyester Platform Leader
Following a well-established career in manufacturing, capital projects, technology development, commercial licensing and customer service, Ronojoy joined us as a technologist in 2008 at a pivotal time in the selling of our P7 PTA technology licences. In 2013, when the opportunity arose, he moved to be licensing manager in China.
Jamie Scott
Chemicals Platform Leader and Commercial Capability Leader
Jamie is responsible for the chemicals business, managing existing technology lines and identifying new technology partners to expand the portfolio. In addition, he is accountable for leading the company’s commercial function, which includes business development, sales and marketing and the creation of mutually beneficial external partnerships.
Garrett Krall
Critical Minerals & Lithium Business Leader
Garrett leads global commercialization efforts for Li-Pro, the company’s innovative Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) flowsheet licensing technology. With a focus on delivering industry-leading operational and capital efficiency, Garrett is at the forefront of shaping next-generation lithium extraction facilities that meet growing global demand for sustainable battery materials.
John Baker
Polyester Business Leader
John, a Chartered Engineer, holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Process Technology and Management and is a Fellow of the IChemE. An experienced engineer in the polyester industry, with 30 years’ experience, he has held roles from design to operations and HSE and quality through to new product development.
Ilja Orlov
PTA Business Leader
Ilja holds a Chemical Engineering Degree from Edinburgh University and initially joined the company as a process engineer before moving into operations, where he successfully oversaw PTA plant projects through to execution phase. In his 10 years with the company, he has been influential in developing our PTA technology.
Sun Qing
BTP Business Leader
Sun, who joined KTS in 2016 as senior process engineer, holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. He has 11 years of successful experience in new technology development, process design and plant operation excellence.
Neil Davies
Business Transformation Leader
Neil, with more than 20 years’ experience at KTS and a Business Information Systems Bachelor’s Degree from Sheffield Hallam University, combines knowledge of technology, people and project management to identify partners where our capabilities will add value to their offering – be that in emerging or established technologies.
